I’ll do a quick recap and then start blogging different things from over the years.
I’m now 54, my oldest is now 32 Joseph, DeLaynie 25, Tim is almost 23 and my youngest will be 22 next month! Joseph has two kiddos now, one 6 years and one that’s almost 2 months, Delaynie has two kiddos, one that’s 5 and one that’s almost 7 months. So I’m a gramma now of 4! I’m still doing child care. I’ve been doing that since 2004. I had about a year maybe a year and a half break but during that time I was helping with my oldest grandson for a bit and then my granddaughter before 2023. I started back up again with my childcare.
We lived in the same house for 20 years but sold it in 2023 and moved into our current home. It’s beautiful, newer, also is big enough for my 3 kids that still live at home and 2 grandbabies. It’s a beautiful neighborhood and we’ve made some good friends here on our circle. Life is pretty good but over the years it has not been easy. A very bumpy ride for sure but here we are still riding life’s waves!!!
I say keep riding the waves of life! You have choices, either keep riding them out, whether you’re doing that on your own or with a partner or you can give up! I’ve chosen to keep riding, I love the ocean anyways!!!
